Portages Health alongside Warroad Public Schools is seeking talented Licensed and Pre-Licensed Therapists who have a passion for helping others and a deep commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those in need. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals including mental health and wellbeing coaches, therapists, and child and adolescent psychiatry providers, while making a difference in the lives of the youth and families  here at Warroad Public Schools.

Education

• Master’s or Doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
• Licensed (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW) or license-eligible in Minnesota
• Experience working in school-based settings, or a strong interest in supporting youth in
educational environments, is highly valued.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred – but if you’re newly licensed or license eligible and
ready to learn, lead, and make an impact, we want to hear from you.
• Full-Time – Salaried – 40 hours/week – Remote, serving students in the school via telehealth
(with some initial travel for onsite to build relationships with school and Portages staff and
students)

• Competitive Compensation – annual base salary starting at $72,000–$110,000+, with the
potential to earn $5,000–$10,000+ per year in quarterly performance bonuses

• Clinical Supervision for Licensure – Provided at no cost to you (a $10,000 – $20,000 annual
