About: 

Arnesen’s Rocky Point is a family owned and operated fishing resort in Northern Minnesota. We offer cabin rental, charter boat fishing, small boat fishing and ice fishing. We are looking for team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.

Position:
Part-Time Office Staff

Shift:
Shifts vary depending on daily responsibilities. Both day and evening shifts are available.

Duties:
The office staff will be responsible for general office duties including answering phones, taking reservations and responding to guests/visitors. Assist guests at arrival and departures. Clean Rock Harbor as needed. Stock Inventory.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer skills with basic understanding of Google Platforms (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately
• Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling credit card transactions
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, energetic and the ability to be a problem-solver
• Flexibility to work weekends

Pay/Benefits:
Pay is commensurate with experience. Discount on food and clothing at Rock Harbor Lodge. Full-time employees have option for Simple IRA match after one year. Fishing and lodging discounts.
